Customized one-colour transfer print of your choice is included. Please choose between the standard colours black, blue, green or red.
The surface of the label is prepared for printing, and our printing methods ensure a stable and durable result.

The label consists of 3 layers:
• Top layer transparent PP. Thermo transfer printable
• Intermediate (transponder layer) in transparent PET, 50 micron
• Adhesive (hot melt glue), 25-30 microns
The label adhesive remains stable at temperatures between -40 and +90 degrees celsius.

Long-Life Technology
This RFID label is produced with "Long Life Smart Inlay", which consist of the RFID chip, polyester film (PET), and an aluminum antenna.
"Long-Life Smart Inlays" are produced without the use of conductive adhesive between the chip and antenna. The chip is mounted with a UV lamination, and is not affected by surface oxidation, temperature fluctuations, humidity etc.
Our "Long Life Smart Inlays" ensure a constant value of the electrical resistance for many years. Our RFID inlays meet the rigorous demands of e.g. both the German automotive industry and the pharmaceutical industry.
