AGREEMENT To confirm an order, customer has to confirm and accept these Terms & Conditions, which constitute the full and entire understanding and agreement between customer and Sund Sound ApS.

DAMAGED GOODS & CLAIMS Upon receiving a shipment from Sund Sound ApS, customer must immediately control the number of packages and whether there is a visible damage to the packaging. Any complaint must be signed accordingly and delivery refused. Any and all errors must be notified immediately – if a complaint is not received at Sund Sound ApS within 5 days, the shipment is considered fully delivered.

DELIVERY ERROR If any products are shipped incorrectly, customer must immediately – and no later than 5 days - after receiving these, contact Sund Sound ApS for further information regarding the return procedure. The correct products will be shipped subsequently. Sund Sound ApS will refund the return shipping costs.

DOKUMENTATION If a product comes with a user guide this will be included in the shipment. Any other information or advice on use from Sund Sound ApS is only intended as a guide.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION Any disagreement between customer and Sund Sound ApS - not to be settled by negotiation - shall be governed by, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Sø- og Handelsretten in Copenhagen. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & ACCOUNTABILITY Sund Sound ApS cannot be held accountable for any kind of loss as a result of delay in delivery. Sund Sound ApS disclaim all warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose. Customer must immediately contact Sund Sound ApS in any case of - or risk of - damages incurred from products sold by Sund Sound ApS.

MODIFICATIONS Sund Sound ApS reserve the right to add to, change, modify or amend - without prior notice – the price, availability, specifications and design of the products as well as the Terms & Conditions. Sund Sound ApS disclaim all liability for typographical or other errors.

ORDERING Only companies with a VAT registration number can be customer. Before ordering, customer must be registered at A company can have any number of personal logins. Once registered and logged in at customer’s prices will show. When finished shopping, click BASKET and CHECKOUT. Any references to the order can be added to the NOTE space. When ACCEPTING the order, an automatic order confirmation will be e-mailed. This is merely a receipt, and Sund Sound Aps are free to cancel the order. When ordering custom made products Sund Sound ApS will contact customer for details.

OWNERSHIP & PAYMENT Invoice will be sent along with ordered products. Where credit is provided, payment date will show on the invoice. Sund Sound ApS reserve the right to charge an administration fee of DKK 100,- and interest on any overdue invoice. Sund Sound ApS retain the legal right for all shipped products until they are fully paid. When delivered, all risk of damage and loss of the products pass to customer. Customer is obliged to keep the products fully insured until they are fully paid.

PERSONAL DATA Sund Sound ApS will never sell or pass customer data on to third parties. If customer wish to know which data Sund Sound ApS keep, or wish to opt out, please contact Sund Sound ApS customer service.

PRICES & OFFERS All prices are exclusive of VAT. Any and all range of goods, prices, technical information and specifications at are merely an invitation to make offers, and thus not binding to Sund Sound ApS. It is customer’s full responsibility to select the right product(s).

PURCHASE OBLIGATION Customer is obliged to purchase custom made products, once order confirmation is accepted. Sund Sound Aps are entitled to invoice any and all custom made products.

RETURNS All products are sold with an 8-day money back guarantee from date of receiving. Customer must contact Sund Sound ApS for an authorization prior to returning any product(s). Only stock products can be returned - custom made products are not accepted. Shipping costs are not refundable.

SEVERABILITY If one or more of the conditions in these Terms & Conditions are held to be unenforceable under applicable law, such conditions shall be appropriately limited, not affecting the rest of the Terms & Conditions.

SHIPPING Customer can choose to use Sund Sound ApS shipping agent - and the freight costs will be added to the invoice - or customers own shipping agent. Stocked products will be shipped as soon as shipping has been arranged. Production time on custom made products will vary, and customer will receive an estimated shipping date when the order is confirmed. If not all products can be shipped at the same time, customer can at own expense choose several shipments. The delivery date is always estimated, and Sund Sound ApS cannot be held liable for any delay due to any cause beyond Sund Sound ApS reasonable control, including, without limitation, any acts of God, acts of war, national emergencies, work stoppages, strikes, lockouts, other labour difficulties, embargo, riot, sabotage, vandalism, explosion, fire, unavailability of materials and the like.

WARRANTY All products are covered by a 12-months warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. The invoice is the guarantee certificate.
