The WorkMate Disc Pre-Sander is a product from VenMill Industries that will repair badly scratched discs by working in conjunction with the fantastic VenMill Buffer professional disc repair machine. The WorkMate is a unique sanding system. Unit is user friendly and easy to operate. Repairs in as little as 1 minute. Optional settings include “Normal” sanding repair and “Heavy” sanding repair. Unit clearly indicates when supplies need to be changed by LED indicators on front display.
The WorkMate Disc Pre-Sander is to be used in conjunction with the VenMill Buffer professional disc repair machine offering the patented OptoClear Technology.
Repairs made only on the WorkMate will not complete the process. A buffing cycle must be used to finish the surface of the disc. The perfect match is the
VenMill Buffer professional disc repair machine. With all sanding disc repair machines some of the disc plastic will be removed.
It is NOT possible to repair blu-ray / PlayStation 3 discs in this machine.
